Utsav Bhanja attended the Rotary International District 3291 Conference 2019 “Miley Sur Mera Tumhara” at Swabhumi, Kolkata. The two-day conference witnessed esteemed speakers from various fields of work and a number of Rotarians from Melbourne, Australia; Bangladesh & Norway.
